Do you offer tastings?
Yes. Submit an inquiry on the contact page to request a tasting.
Do you offer gluten-free cakes?
Yes, gluten-free options are available.
Do you offer fondant?
Fondant designs are offered minimally and at Tiered Kakes' discretion.
How far in advance should I book?
Book 3–4 weeks in advance. Orders under 2 weeks include a $75 late fee.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery is available for a fee. Two-tier cakes must be delivered.
What areas do you serve?
Houston, Sugar Land, Richmond, and Katy.
How should I store my cake?
Refrigerate until serving. Let sit 1–1.5 hours at room temperature before cutting.
Are candles included?
One candle is included. Sparkler candles are available for $5.
Are toppers included?
Toppers vary based on design and availability.
Can I upload inspiration photos?
Yes. Upload images directly on the order form.
What information is needed to place an order?
Name, contact info, event date and time, delivery address (if needed), occasion, servings, flavor, frosting, fillings, theme, treat add-ons, images, notes, and contract acknowledgment.
